I am away for the weekend and won’t be blogging, but I wanted to leave everyone witha a question, and hopefully get some great responses.
What makes a great romance novel?
Is it the thought that there will always be a happy ending? Or is it the conflict that most couples have to work through, before they achieve their goal of true love.
Every book has a different voice; some use humor and lively banter between the couples, some use rich evocative language and emotional heartbreak that wrenches your heart while you read it.
And of course, some just have lots and lots of sex. Lots and lots…
I’m curious to hear from the paranormal readers and writers as to what they look for with their characters
But in the end, what is it that you, as readers and writers, like to see in your books?
Or does it not matter, because love conquers all?
